► WHAT METALS DO YOU WORK WITH?

► WHAT STONES DO YOU WORK WITH?
All natural earth mined and lab created options are available.
► DO YOU RESIZE RINGS?
All one of a kind rings can be resized for free prior to shipment. Otherwise, all rings are made to order in the ring size of your choice.
► WHAT IF I DO NOT SEE MY RING SIZE?
No problem (and no extra cost)! Just email sara@commonritesupply.com for an invoice.
► DO YOU DO ENGRAVING?
Yes, just email sara@commonritesupply.com to request an interior engraving. Engraving is $10 character.
► DO YOU WORK INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, no. Currently only accepting USA based clients. This is subject to change.
► DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
All jewelry is warrantied for a year unless the item shows obvious signs of negligence.
► DO YOU HAVE FINANCING OPTIONS?
Yes, you can select Affirm or Shop Pay at check out to learn what you qualify for.
► RETURNS / EXCHANGE
All items are handcrafted and therefore do not usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry. If you do have an issue with your product, please contact sara@commonritesupply.com immediately. Please subject your email "Return/Exchanges."
► REPAIR
Common Rite Supply only accepts professional dental molds for made-to-order and bespoke grillz. At home mold kits are prone to error and are no longer accepted. If your set does not fit, please contact sara@commonritesupply.com immediately. Please subject your email "Repair."
► LOST IN THE MAIL
All packages are insured, so if your package states "delivered" and you have not received it, please contact sara@commonritesupply.com immediately. Please subject your email "Lost in the Mail."
